Paige is an accomplished wedding and event planner, having managed hundreds of events with recognition as one of the best. When working with clients and vendors, she’s known for her personal, fun and approachable style which she blends seamlessly with outstanding professionalism at all times. Her ability to manage logistics and keen attention to detail are pillars to her success as a planner. She believes every event, big or small, should breathe personality and create a lasting, memorable experience for guests.

Paige has managed events of all shapes and sizes for a variety of high profile companies, organizations and political figures. Her event planning experience spans diverse sectors, including weddings, corporate, social and not-for-profit. With a strong belief that you’re never done learning, she continues to attend classes, workshops and conferences each year.

She studied Communications at Simon Fraser University and is a Certified Wedding Coordinator by the Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada. She is also a winner of the Tri-Cities Young Professionals 2018 Top to Watch Awards, a 2018 Finalist for Young Professional of the Year at the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards, and a nominee for this award in 2016 and 2017. Additionally she was awarded Top 3 in British Columbia for Best Wedding Event Planner at the 2014 Professional BC Wedding Awards, and her company has received the WeddingWire Couples’ Choice Award, placing it in the top 5% of wedding planners across Canada.

Paige is a wife, mother and dog mom to a Golden Retriever. She’s passionate about family, and has a love for design, photography and business.


Jordan O'Genski   |   Event Planner

As an experienced event professional and lover of all things beautiful, Jordan has always had a passion for bringing the greatest details of beauty in the smallest of things to life. She has successfully planned and executed hundreds of events and weddings of all sizes and has built a strong reputation around her main priority, to deliver results while ensuring the event planning process is as stress-free and fun as possible for her clients.

An avid learner, Jordan graduated from the Simon Fraser University Beedie School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Marketing. After finishing at SFU, she began working in social media at lululemon athletica before pursuing her dream career, Event Management, in 2010. Since that time, she has worked with corporations, not-for-profits, and individuals to bring their event and wedding plans to life and leave a lasting impression on guests. Whether working as a team or on her own, she is always known for being energetic, positive, professional, and detail-oriented.

When she's not busy with events, you can find her scoping out new trends and projects on Pinterest, volunteering with many local causes, on the yoga mat, or hiking the local trails.    


Carisa Didoshak   |   Event Planner

A successful Event Planner requires patience, meticulous organization, and a good listening ear; all skills that Carisa Didoshak has mastered over the years. Carisa loves turning dreams into reality, and takes great pleasure assisting her clients through the emotional roller coaster that is planning a wedding or special event. Her excellent organization skills and years of experience in the industry ensure that she exceeds her client’s dreams and expectations on the most important day of their life, which she believes is the best part of the job.

Carisa's introduction to the industry began in 2004 as a Banquet Server at Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club. She worked her way up to Special Events Manager where Carisa was the primary Wedding Planner for 5 years. From there, Carisa took on the Senior Event Planner role for Pacific Yacht Charters, and also built her own successful wedding planning company before joining Spotlight in 2018. Throughout her years of experience, Carisa has been mentored by experts in the industry and established countless connections and partnerships with other professionals. She is a Certified Wedding Consultant and Coordinator by Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC), and holds a Diploma in Hospitality.

Carisa grew up in Port Moody, BC and currently resides in Port Coquitlam.

Coral Zarrillo | Operations Coordinator

Coral joined Spotlight with a strong communications background having worked as the managing editor of a community newspaper in the Tri-Cities. Prior to that role, she worked in the banquets department at a busy event venue, where she learned to be quick on her feet and able to improvise and find solutions under pressure. Through her work experience, she has become a master of multi-tasking, organization and planning. Her creative eye and attention to detail make her a natural superstar in the world of events.

She has an Associates Degree in Creative Writing from Douglas College and is continuing to expand her studies in this field at the University of British Columbia. In her spare time, you can find her writing poems in a coffee shop, snapping photos at community events, or flexing her creative muscles as a board member at the Evergreen Cultural Centre. She has a strong passion for the Tri-Cities where she lives, and is eager to serve the broader community.


Hayley Knapp | Event Coordinator

Hayley is a natural event planner. Her ability to manage people, logistics and administrative tasks with ease makes her an invaluable asset to the team. She can handle any duties thrown at her with grace and professionalism, along with her can-do attitude and serious muscle. With a diverse background in event coordination, ranging from promotional sales to non-profit fund development, Hayley is well-versed in a large variety of events.
